1. Who is selling

Dis Oui is published and operated by Luis LUJIEN, sole proprietor registered in France under SIRET number 890 306 459 00011. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code). Contact: speedservice.ia@gmail.com.

These terms apply to every order placed on disoui.co. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

2. What you are buying

Dis Oui lets you create a personalised invite page, reachable through a unique link. Once you pay, the link is shown to you on screen right away and also emailed to you. You then send it to the person of your choice, however you like.

The service is delivered immediately after payment. The link stays live for 90 days from its creation.

3. Price and payment

The price is $4.99 per invite, shown before you confirm the order, all taxes included. You pay once, by card or any other method offered, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see your card details.

The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment.

4. Right of withdrawal

By confirming your order, you waive your right of withdrawal.

This is digital content delivered immediately, with no physical medium. Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by asking for the service to be performed right away you expressly acknowledge that you give up the fourteen-day withdrawal period that European consumers would otherwise have. This waiver is shown to you before payment, and the order cannot be confirmed without it.

5. Refunds

Since the right of withdrawal does not apply, no refund is owed simply because you changed your mind, nor because of the answer the recipient gives, whatever it is.

A full refund is granted, however, if:

  • the invite could not be generated because of a technical failure on our side;
  • the link stayed unreachable because of us for a significant amount of time;
  • you were charged more than once for the same order.

Just write to speedservice.ia@gmail.com with the email address you used when ordering. We answer within 7 working days and refund to the original payment method.

Sending the link is up to you. The service consists of creating your invite and handing you its link: as soon as the link is delivered, the service has been performed. Choosing not to send it, or the recipient not opening it, does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Your obligations

By using Dis Oui, you agree to:

  • only send your link to someone you know and have a legitimate reason to contact;
  • not use the service to harass, threaten, deceive or pester anyone;
  • not impersonate someone else in the content of the invite;
  • not include unlawful, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit content;
  • not use the service for advertising purposes.

You alone are responsible for the content you enter. In case of a breach, we may disable an invite without notice or refund, and refuse any further order.

Anyone who receives an invite can ask for it to be deleted immediately by writing to speedservice.ia@gmail.com.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service reachable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service may be paused temporarily for maintenance or if one of our technical providers fails.

Delivery of the email containing your link depends on your email provider: we can guarantee neither its timing nor its arrival. That is why your link is also shown on screen right after payment — keep it somewhere safe.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We cannot be held responsible for the personal, relational or material consequences of sending an invite, nor for the answer it receives.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data and the recipient's is described in our privacy policy.

10. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, write first to speedservice.ia@gmail.com. Failing an amicable solution, European consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
