We collect the bare minimum needed to deliver your invite, nothing more. No resale, no profiling.

What we collect, and why

We keep no card details: payment is handled end to end by Stripe.
If you received an invite
We hold no contact details about you. The person who invited you sent you the link directly, by message or email: neither your number nor your address was ever given to us. So we will never write to you.
If you answer the invite, only the time you picked and the note you leave are recorded, and passed on to that one person. To have the invite about you deleted immediately, write to speedservice.ia@gmail.com — it is done unconditionally, with no justification needed.
How long we keep it
- Invites and answers: 90 days after creation, then deleted.
- Payment records: 10 years, as French accounting rules require.
- Emails you send us: as long as it takes to handle your request, then 1 year at most.
- Invite draft: 24 hours, in your browser and on your device only. It is never sent to us, and it disappears as soon as you pay.

Only the technical providers the service cannot run without, acting on our instructions and unable to use your data for their own purposes:

Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We never sell, rent or trade any personal data.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for payment may be set by Stripe during the transaction. No consent banner is therefore required.
We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool: it counts page views and where you came from, without identifying you, without following you across sites and without storing your IP address. We know how many people visit the page, never who.
Measuring our ads
If you reach the site from an ad, we report your purchase to TikTok so we know which ads work. What is sent: your email address irreversibly hashed (it cannot be read back), the technical ad-click identifier present in the page address, and the amount and date of the purchase.
This is sent from our server, once payment is collected. Nothing is set or read on your device, your browsing is not tracked, and nothing is sent if you do not buy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising spend. You can object at any time by writing to speedservice.ia@gmail.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to speedservice.ia@gmail.com. We answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France — cnil.fr), or with the authority of your own country.
Security
All exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Invite links rely on a random identifier that cannot be guessed and is not indexed by search engines. The database is reachable only by the site's server, never from the browser.
